Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 7 May 2026

These terms apply to every order placed with Oodles of Stuff Ltd through www.oodlesofstuffltd.co.uk. Please read them carefully before placing your order. By placing an order, you confirm that you accept these terms.

1. About us

Oodles of Stuff Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 15161087). Our registered office is 12 Old Cottages, Horsham Road, Findon Village, West Sussex, BN14 0TQ. You can contact us at info@oodlesofstuffltd.co.uk.

2. Eligibility

To place an order with us, you must be at least 18 years old and resident in the United Kingdom. We currently sell to the UK only.

3. Your order

Placing an order through our website is an offer to buy from us. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation or dispatch your goods, whichever happens first. We may decline an order at our discretion — for example, if a product is out of stock, if there has been an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we decline your order we will refund any payment in full.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK delivery charges where stated. Oodles of Stuff Ltd is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged.

We accept payment through PayPal, which also lets you pay by debit or credit card without a PayPal account. Payment is taken at the time you place the order.

If a price is obviously wrong (for example a typo that lists a multi-pack at the price of a single pack), we are not obliged to fulfil the order at that price — we will contact you to either confirm the correct price or cancel and refund.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days of receipt. Royal Mail typically deliver within 2–3 working days after dispatch, but we cannot guarantee delivery times. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you have given us.

UK delivery is free on orders of £10 or more. Orders below £10 are charged a flat £1.99 delivery fee.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Your right to cancel an order, return goods and receive a refund is set out in our Returns & Refund Policy. That policy also covers your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, please email us at info@oodlesofstuffltd.co.uk within a reasonable time of receipt. We will arrange a replacement, repair or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and our Returns & Refund Policy. We pay return postage for faulty or wrong items.

8. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Subject to that, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the price you paid for the goods. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable to both of us when the contract was formed, or for losses arising because you used the goods for a purpose for which they are not intended.

9. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including postal disruption, severe weather, supplier failure, fire, flood, civil unrest or industrial action. If such an event delays your order significantly, we will contact you and you will have the option to cancel and receive a full refund.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, logos, photographs and product names — is owned by or licensed to Oodles of Stuff Ltd. You may view, copy and print extracts for personal, non-commercial use only.

11. Privacy and cookies

How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms and any contract for the sale of goods are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. As a consumer, you also have the right to bring a claim in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom in which you live.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the version live on the website at the time you place your order. The “last updated” date at the top of the page will always show when it was last changed.
